1.     Banana Ginger Energy Smoothie

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar or honey
  • ½ tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated fine

Process: Mix milk, ice, bananas, yogurt and ginger all together in a blender until the mixture become smooth and add sugar according to your requirements.

2.  Gala Apple Honeydew Smoothie

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 4 tbsp. fresh aloe vera, skin removed
  • 2 cups honeydew melon (peeled, seeded, cut into chunks)
  • 1/16 tsp. lime zest (use a grater to get the zest)
  • 1 Gala apple (peeled, cored, cut in half)
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ cups ice

Process: Mix the melon, Aloe Vera, ice, salt, apple, and lime zest in a blender. Before switching to high, begin blending on Pulse. Then stop and mix the mixture as needed to get a levelsteadiness.

3. Muesli- Style Oatmeal

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • ½ banana, diced
  • 2 tbsp. raisins
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ golden apple, peeled, diced
  • 2 tsp. sugar or honey

Process: Mix the oatmeal, raisins, milk, salt and sugar together in a bowl before the evening. After this, cover it and keep in the refrigerator. Before serving, mix fruit and also add milk, if the mix is too thick.

4. Instant polenta with sesame seeds

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • ¾ cup instant polenta or corn meal
  • 1 tsp. orange extract
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Process: At first, boil the milk, then mix the polenta and whisk dynamically to avoid lumps. Cook until it become creamy. Just before serving mix salt, sugar, vanilla, and orange extract. Finally, serve in a bowl and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5. Calm carrot salad

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • ¼ lb. mesclun greens
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. raisins
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. olive oil

Process: In a bowl, first mix the raisins, oregano, orange juice, brown sugar, salt and olive oil. Leave it for five minutes, then decant the dressing over the carrots and blend thoroughly. Season with additional salt, as needed and serve with mesclun leaves over.

6. Black bean and cilantro soup

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1 pint chicken stock
  • 8 oz. canned black beans
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. nonfat sour cream

Process: First, put the chicken stock in a bowl and mix the beans, salt and cilantro. Cook in low heat for about 30 minutes. Mix with a hand blender to the wanted consistencies, add salt as needed. Finally, serve in a soup bowl and enhancer with one table spoon nonfat sour cream and a spray of cilantro.

7. Flavorful cantaloupe gazpacho

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • Two table spoons brown sugar
  • Two cups cantaloupe, sprinkling of fine-grated nutmeg
  • Two port wine

Process: First stir the sugar, cantaloupe, and port. After that for about four hours, keep in the freezer. Combine in a blender and then finish with a dusting of nutmeg. Immediately, serve in a shot glass.

8. Creamy Hummus

Ingredients you’ll see:

  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 can canned chickpeas
  • ¼ tsp. sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Process: At First, place the chickpeas in a food processor and mix the chicken stock, sesame oil, olive oil and salt. Add chicken stock as needed. Finally, serve cold with oven-toasted corn chips, toast points or small wedges of flat bread.

9. Watermelon and ginger granite

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1 cup water
  • Three cups seed less watermelon juice
  • 1 whole clove
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. salt

Process: Mix honey, water, salt, nutmeg, clove, ginger and lemon zest to a boil. After this, allow to cool and strain. Mix the syrup to the watermelon juice. Finally, keep the juice in a bowl and putit in the freezer, and freeze for three hours. Mix every 15 minutes with a sauce whisk.

10. Quick Banana Sorbet

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1 tbsp. ginger (peeled and grated fine)
  • 3 bananas, peeled
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 3 cups ice
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Process: Blend ginger, bananas, honey, cardamom and salt in the blender, until the mixture become smooth. Then, mix ice and blend until creamy, you can also add more ices as you need. Serve instantly.
